MyMuslimPal provides Quran reading, listening and learning tools, remembrance, prayer calculations and supported practice features. You may use the app lawfully for personal learning. Children should use it with a parent or guardian; any acceptance or consent that legally requires an adult must come from that adult. The app is free, with no ads, purchases, subscriptions or cross-app tracking. Optional online friends and learning sync may be available in your version; core local learning does not require an online account. The app does not certify religious correctness.

Content belongs to its respective authors/publishers. Quran text, translations, recitations, fonts, datasets and open-source components retain their own terms, notices and restrictions; see /licenses. A download button is not a grant to republish someone else's recording. Do not remove required attribution, misrepresent a translation as Quran text, circumvent security, misuse the service, or upload content you lack the right to provide. Original app code/branding has its own ownership; no third-party endorsement is implied.

Automatic recitation, pronunciation, melody or tajweed feedback can be wrong, miss an error or incorrectly mark a correct reading. Availability varies by platform, app version and installed model. iOS voice following requires a supported FC-enabled version and a working on-device model; an ordinary iOS build may offer reading without voice following. It is not a fatwa, ijazah, scholarly approval or a substitute for a qualified teacher. Verify religious references and learn correct recitation with a qualified person. Prayer times and qibla tools depend on the selected city, method, timezone and device settings; check local arrangements where needed.

You retain rights in your own recordings. We take no licence to train a model on private recordings merely because you use the app. User-selected exports go to your chosen destination. Supported recitation and Imam-mode microphone processing happens only on the device; recordings are not uploaded for recognition or included in learning sync. Optional online social features can create an account when entered and use the profile, learning and social data described in /privacy. Review the information shown before using them; do not share another person’s information without permission. Required parental authorization is separate from accepting these terms.

Imam mode can keep the screen awake on supported iOS/Android devices while its screen is open, and releases that request when you exit the mode or close the screen. This may increase battery use. Screen-awake behavior is not a guarantee of continuous recording, background operation, correct prayer following or error-free recognition.

We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete content coverage or perfect automated results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or children's and data-protection rights. The governing jurisdiction does not override mandatory protections in your country.

We may correct content, improve the app or change features. Material changes to data practices require an updated privacy notice before activation. Stop using the service if you no longer accept applicable terms. For deletion choices see /delete-data; local data may be lost after deletion and copies/OS backups need separate handling. Uninstalling does not delete an optional online account; use account-deletion controls before removing its local credentials, or contact support if access is lost. Disputes and support requests may be sent to support@mymuslimpal.com without sending sensitive recordings unnecessarily.

يوفر MyMuslimPal قراءة القرآن والاستماع والتعلّم والأذكار وحساب الصلاة ومزايا التدريب المدعومة. الاستخدام المشروع للتعلّم الشخصي مسموح. يستخدم الأطفال التطبيق بإشراف ولي الأمر، وأي موافقة يلزم قانونًا صدورها من بالغ تصدر منه. التطبيق مجاني، بلا إعلانات أو مشتريات أو اشتراكات أو تتبّع بين التطبيقات. قد تتوفر مزايا الأصدقاء ومزامنة التعلم الشبكية الاختيارية في نسختك؛ ولا يتطلب التعلم المحلي الأساسي حسابًا شبكيًا. ولا يُعد التطبيق اعتمادًا لصحة المحتوى الديني.

تبقى النصوص والترجمات والتلاوات والخطوط والبيانات والبرامج لأصحابها وبشروطها، المبينة في /licenses. إتاحة التنزيل ليست تصريحًا بإعادة نشر تسجيل للغير. لا تُزل النسب الواجب، ولا تعرض الترجمة كنص قرآني، ولا تتحايل على الأمان أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو ترسل مادة لا تملك حق تقديمها. للكود الأصلي للتطبيق وعلامته ملكيتهما الخاصة؛ ولا يُفهم من ذلك تأييد أي طرف ثالث للتطبيق.

قد يخطئ التقييم الآلي للتلاوة أو النطق أو المقام أو التجويد، أو يفوّت خطأ، أو ينبّه على قراءة صحيحة. يتوقف توفر المزايا على المنصة ونسخة التطبيق والنموذج المثبت. تتطلب متابعة الصوت على iOS نسخة مدعومة مفعّلًا فيها محرك FC ونموذجًا يعمل على الجهاز؛ وقد تتيح نسخة iOS العادية القراءة دون متابعة صوتية. ليس التقييم فتوى أو إجازة أو اعتمادًا شرعيًا، ولا يغني عن معلّم متقن. تحقّق من المصادر وتعلّم القراءة الصحيحة مع مختص. تتأثر المواقيت والقبلة بالمدينة والطريقة والتوقيت وإعدادات الجهاز؛ راجع الترتيب المحلي عند الحاجة.

تحتفظ بحقوق تسجيلاتك. مجرد استخدام التطبيق لا يمنحنا حق تدريب نموذج على تسجيلك الخاص. المشاركة الاختيارية تصل للجهة التي تختارها. تتم معالجة الميكروفون في التلاوة ووضع الإمام المدعومين على الجهاز فقط؛ ولا تُرفع التسجيلات للتعرف عليها ولا تشملها مزامنة التعلم. قد تنشئ مزايا التواصل الاختيارية حسابًا عند الدخول إليها وتستخدم بيانات الملف والتعلم والتواصل المبينة في /privacy. راجع المعلومات المعروضة قبل استخدامها، ولا تشارك معلومات شخص آخر دون إذنه. الموافقة الأبوية المطلوبة منفصلة عن قبول هذه الشروط.

قد يبقي وضع الإمام الشاشة مضاءة على أجهزة iOS وأندرويد المدعومة أثناء فتح شاشته، ويُلغي هذا الطلب عند الخروج من الوضع أو إغلاق الشاشة. قد يزيد ذلك استهلاك البطارية. إبقاء الشاشة مضاءة ليس ضمانًا لاستمرار التسجيل أو العمل في الخلفية أو صحة متابعة الصلاة أو خلو التعرف من الأخطاء.

نسعى لخدمة نافعة ولا نضمن انعدام الانقطاع أو اكتمال كل المحتوى أو صحة كل نتيجة آلية. يُقدّم التطبيق حسب المتاح في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. لا يُستبعد حق استهلاكي أو مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها، ولا حقوق الأطفال أو حماية البيانات. الولاية القضائية المحددة لا تلغي الحماية الإلزامية في بلد المستخدم.

قد نصحّح المحتوى أو نحسّن التطبيق أو نغيّر المزايا. تتطلب التغييرات الجوهرية في ممارسات البيانات تحديث إشعار الخصوصية قبل تفعيلها. توقّف عن استخدام الخدمة إذا لم تعد تقبل الشروط المطبقة. لخيارات الحذف راجع /delete-data؛ قد تفقد البيانات المحلية بعد الحذف وتحتاج النسخ المصدّرة ونسخ النظام الاحتياطية إلى معالجة منفصلة. إزالة التطبيق لا تحذف الحساب الشبكي الاختياري؛ استخدم أدوات حذف الحساب قبل مسح بيانات الوصول المحلية، أو تواصل مع الدعم إذا فقدت الوصول. يمكن إرسال النزاعات وطلبات الدعم إلى support@mymuslimpal.com دون إرسال تسجيلات حساسة غير ضرورية.

Religious content and automated feedback / المحتوى الديني والتقييم الآلي

MyMuslimPal is a learning aid. Quran text, translations, tafsir, hadith, supplications and teaching explanations are different content types and retain their stated sources. A translation/transliteration is not the Arabic Quran. Source attribution, publisher metadata and an automatic check do not constitute a qualified religious review or a new judgment on hadith authenticity.

Recitation following and pronunciation/tajweed/maqam feedback can miss errors, confuse repetitions or similar passages, or flag correct reading. Experimental letter and vowel checks are disabled. Do not rely on a score to certify memorization, makharij, harakat, tajweed, maqam accuracy or readiness to teach. Ask a qualified teacher and verify references. Melody must never force changes to Quranic words, vowel lengths, meaning or recitation rules.

Prayer calculations and learning diagrams are aids; follow reliable local guidance and appropriate scholarly advice for personal questions. This product is not a fatwa service and claims no endorsement from its source publishers. Report a suspected text or reference error to support@mymuslimpal.com with its surah/ayah or source key; no recording is required.

MyMuslimPal وسيلة تعلّم. النص القرآني والترجمة والنقل الصوتي والتفسير والحديث والدعاء والشرح مواد مختلفة، ولكل منها مصدره. الترجمة أو النقل الصوتي ليسا القرآن العربي. نسب المصدر أو بيان الناشر أو الفحص الآلي لا يعني مراجعة شرعية مؤهّلة ولا حكمًا جديدًا على صحة الحديث.

قد تفوّت متابعة التلاوة وتقييم النطق والتجويد والمقام أخطاء، أو تختلط عليها الإعادات والمتشابهات، أو تنبّه على قراءة صحيحة. فحوص الحروف والتشكيل التجريبية مغلقة. لا تعتمد على الدرجة لاعتماد الحفظ أو المخارج أو الحركات أو التجويد أو المقام أو أهلية التعليم. راجع معلّمًا متقنًا والمراجع الموثوقة. لا يجوز أن يفرض اللحن تغيير الكلمات أو المدود أو المعنى أو أحكام القراءة.

المواقيت والرسوم التعليمية وسائل مساعدة، والأسئلة الشخصية تُراجع فيها الجهات العلمية المؤهلة. لا يقدم التطبيق فتوى ولا يدّعي تأييد أصحاب مصادره. للإبلاغ عن خطأ محتمل: support@mymuslimpal.com مع موضع الآية أو رقم المرجع، دون إلزام بإرسال تسجيل.
